STEP 2 COVER
CVS Health Antimicrobial Silver Alginate Dressings use the power of silver to form a barrier against Staphylococcus aureus and Psedomonas aeruginosa. Ideal for wounds that are at risk of infection: abrasions, minor cuts, scalds and burns.
 
CVS Health Antibacterial Silver Alginate Dressings contain 1.4% Silver that kills bacteria (Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa). Barrier properties of the dressing may help to reduce infection.
 
Sterility guaranteed unless individual wrapper has been opened or damaged. Not made with natural rubber latex.

STEP 1 CLEAN
Gently clean the wound before applying the dressing.
 
STEP 2 COVER
For wounds with minimal drainage, carefully apply dressing to saline-moistened wound. Prior to removal of dressing, moisten with sterile saline if surrounding area appears dry.
 
STEP 3 SECURE
Secure with a secondary dressing. Antimicrobial barrier lasts up to 7 days. Dressing may need to be changed before 7 days depending on wound drainage. If dressing is hard to remove, soak with sterile saline.

In cases of deep puncture wounds and serious bums, consult a physician.

Not for: 3rd degree burns, controlling heavy bleeding or patients with known sensitivity to alginates or silver.
Store at room temperature: 50-77F (10-25C.) Keep dry.
