This knee brace was great in helping to stabilize my knee, which was beginning to cause me some problems which I twisted and turned the wrong way at work. I wore this one day, and it helped my knee. However, when I got home and was changing clothes, I saw that my ankle and foot was terribly swollen. I think I ordered one that was too small. I wish there was a chart that told you how to measure above and below your knee, and give you an idea what size to get.

A good, lightweight, lightly supportive knee brace. I wear it for a minor ligament strain and it is comfortable for all-day wear and supportive enough to wear to play tennis.
