Directions for use

In a bath: Add 1 to 2 cups of mineral salts to warm, running bath water and soak for 20 minutes. Safe for spa and hydrotherapy tubs.

As a foot soak: Add 1/2 cup of mineral salts to 1 gallon of warm water, immerse feet for 5 to 10 minutes

Caution: For external use only. For adult use only. Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly. If you have a history of high blood pressure, or are pregnant, please consult a physician before using.
