Very faint vapor and dissolve very quickly. I was very disappointed in this product. I ordered 8 boxes and will be returning 7 . Don't waste your money on these.

I travel for work and I found these when I shuffled into a CVS while I was out of town and dealing with a severe head cold. Such a relief! I have difficulty sleeping in hotels because of the very dry air anyway -- add to it a cold and I'm toast. I slept like a baby.
Other reviews commented on them dissolving too slowly. It really depends on where you put them. If I put them directly in the spray, they're gone fairly quickly (but the smell remains for a while). If I put them a little out of the stream, they last longer. In fact, there might be some left over for your next shower (or the next person to take a shower). Nothing wrong with being frugal.

Put in your shower (make sure not to get it directly in the water stream area -- it will dissolve too quickly) and breathe in! Just great. Love, Love, Love these. Vapors were not terribly overpowering and did not cause my bathroom to reek of camphor smell after my shower was over.

If you think taking a hot shower helps clear your congestion, try adding one of these. The menthol vapors really help and soothe sinus pressure and headaches.
