I generally liked this toothbrush, I had no problems with it until just recently (about a year after buying, which was good for how much I payed). I'm not sure if the button is broken on it or the charging function is broken, but it no longer turns on. Besides that, this toothbrush has been awesome and I loved the fact that it came with a replacement head and of course the charger. This toothbrush makes you feel like you just flossed, even if you didn't. I've used a few different electric toothbrushes before and this so far has been the best (comparing to the battery powered cheaper ones like spinbrushes and "pulsating" brushes); I would say it cleans the same as the oral-b pro-health battery powered toothbrush, but that toothbrush failed me TWICE within a month of buying (yes, I bought the same type of toothbrush and it failed me a second time). So, it's quite a good value for lasting a year, especially compared to the prices of Sonicare.

The first time I ordered this toothbrush, the head popped off after a month. The second time I ordered this toothbrush, the head popped off again after a month. The design of this toothbrush appears to have a defect. Would not recommend.
