Ingredients: Lactobacillus Acidophilus 5mg which contains 1 billion active Lactobacillus Acidophilus Colony Forming Units (CFUs) (Including the naturally occurring metabolic product produced by Lactobacilli) at the time of manufacture.
For adults, take one (1) tablet daily, preferably with a meal. As a reminder, discuss the supplements and medications you take with your health care providers.
