Follow these quick and easy steps to whiter teeth: Step 1 Whitening Accelerator: Apply the accelerator by pressing it onto the surface of all teeth to be whitened. For best results: Be careful not to run your tongue along the front of your teeth after applying the strip. Do not eat or drink for 15 minutes after whitening strip dissolves.
