I've struggled with heartburn frequently and got tired of trying to use antacids which work quickly but without lasting effect. This product doesn't work immediately, but in the longer term it is so much better.

CVS Omeprazole 20 Mg Tablets contain the same active ingredient as the brand name product. Chemically, there is no difference. To date, there have been no noticeable side effects. The CVS version have performed the same as the brand name product.

I take omeprazole daily because it helps with heartburn and indigestion. I prefer the capsule but the tablet works just fine. You have to allow a few days initially for it to work.
