Gets the job done
Some cold medicines can make you feel even more sluggish, when you're already feel beaten down. With this nasal decongestant, however, it relieves the symptoms when I need it most, without the unwanted drowsy side-effects. For me, I started feeling relief within half an hour of taking it, which can be quite a godsend for those nights where you need sleep.

an expensive placebo
The PE nasal congestant does absolutely nothing. Don't waste your money on it!

Good for minor congestion
Although this is not the best decongestant, it works well enough for minor congestion and does not have either the drowsy after effects or the jittery effects of psuedoephedrine.

Why blister-packs?
I don't understand why this product is not offered in a bottle or vial rather than these darned blister-packs. The product itself is good enough, it works for me, but the blister-packs are a real inconvenience. First thing I do when I open the box is liberate all the little red pills into a re-purposed small bottle.
