Ensure all of the safety WARNING, CAUTIONS & INSTRUCTIONS are followed correctly. Retain these instructions for future use. Place pad on a microwave-safe plate, then place in the microwave. Microwave pad on high for 20 seconds. For best results flip the pad over after the first 10 seconds then microwave for the remaining 10 seconds. If needed, microwave in additional 5 second intervals, check temperature. DO NOT exceed 30 seconds in total microwave time per use. Once pad has returned to room temperature, you may start the above process over again. Before applying the pad to your eyes, carefully touch-test the pad to make sure it is comfortably warm to your skin; sensitivity to and tolerance of heat will vary from person to person. Please note the sensitivity of your fingers and your eye region will be different. If needed, set it aside until cooled sufficiently for the sensitivity of your skin can tolerate, carefully place around head and eyes for a maximum of 5 minutes or less, depending on your tolerance and sensitivity to heat. Allow at least one hour between applications. For the best results, remove eye makeup before use.
