It can be worn in any condition or environment, including water, to help you power through training sessions and competitions. For use on common injuries such as Ankle, Shoulder, Hamstring, Calf, Knee, Wrist, and Joints.

Clean any dirt, oils and lotions from area. Trim excess hair for better adhesion. Apply 30 minutes prior to activity. Avoid stretching the ends of the tape. After applying, firmly rub the tape to activate the adhesive. Apply the right amount of stretch per application. Edges and corners may be trimmed if they lift. Do NOT rip off! Gently remove tape from skin. Choose an application: Ankle, Heel-to-calf, General shoulder, Knee, Calf, General elbow, Lower back, Neck, Shoulder or Quad/Front of thigh. Don't see your application? Search for videos on YouTube. Search "kinesiology taping" for the application that you need. Ankle: Ankle at 90 degrees. Anchor 1st strip on outside of foot just above ankle. With 50% stretch, wrap underneath the foot anchoring on the inside of the ankle. Anchor 2nd stip on the inside of the foot. With 50% stretch, wrap around the heel, under the arch, and anchor back at the starting point. Anchor t he 3rd stip on the oustide of the ankle. With 50% stretch, wrap around the heel, under the arch and achor back at the starting point. Firmly rub to activate adhesive.
