1. Wash nose with soap & water; dry completely. 2. Center strip over bridge of nose. 3. Press and hold for 30 seconds. Removing the strip: for better removal results, wet your nose with warm water while washing your face or during a shower. Gently lift both ends and remove slowly to minimize risk of injury. Edges of spring will lift from skin when operating properly. Single use.
CAUTION: For external nose application only. Do not use on irritated or sunburned skin, or over sores. Do not leave on skin for more than 12 hours per day. If a rash or skin irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately. Not to be used on children under 5 years old. Not made with natural rubber latex.
