Apple Cider Vinegar; Other Ingredients: Gelatin capsule, rice powder, vegetable magnesium stearate.
Directions: For adults, take one (1) capsule one to three times daily. Preferably with meals and plenty of water. To assess tolerance, start with one (1) capsule daily.
