Protect wounds and start healing with the cushioning comfort of CVS Health Surgical Pads. Our surgical pads are designed to provide comfortable protection and maximum absorption for moderately to heavily draining wounds. To use, gently clean the affected area with mild soap and water, apply medication if needed, then cover with a non-stick primary pad. Place a surgical pad over the primary pad for added cushioning, absorbency, and leakage protection. To keep the padding secure, wrap the area with gauze or use medical tape. When properly applied, these pads help protect damaged tissue from dirt and contaminants, facilitating the healing process. Each package contains twelve individually wrapped sterile surgical pads, ideal for your medicine cabinet, first aid kit, and outdoor activity gear. STEP 1: Clean
Gently clean the wound using a gauze pad with mild soap and water. Carefully dry the affected area and apply medication if needed (not included).
STEP 2: Cover
Carefully cover the wound with a primary, non-stick pad. Place the sterile surgical pad over it for extra absorbency and protection. Pad should have the blue line facing up.
STEP 3: Secure
Secure pad with rolled gauze, cover net or tape (not included).
