INTENDED USE: To provide support & compression for the elbow. Ideal for tendonitis, sprains, strains, and/or swelling of the elbow.

APPLY: Put hand through sleeve of elbow support & pull over the arm, centering it at the elbow.

ADJUST: Adjust & secure hook-&-loop straps. This product should not be so tight that it is uncomfortable.

The elbow support should provide supportive comfort and compression but should not be so tight that it restricts circulation. Consult a physician or therapist if experiencing pain or swelling.
