CURAD Dorsal Night Splint INTENDED USE: Comfortably holds the foot in the recommended therapeutic position all night long for those suffering from plantar fasciitis. PREPARE: Loosen fastener on calf and foot straps. Slide foot through toe opening so support rests on top of foot. APPLY: Adjust position of support so calf strap is approximately 2 inches above the ankle bone and toes are slipped into the foot support. Adjust the calf strap to provide firm but comfortable fit. SECURE: Center toes inside the toe support. Pull on side of the two elastic anchors to the top of the support. Repeat for the remaining strap. ADJUST: Adjust the elastic anchors as necessary to provide a firm but comfortable fit.
