INTENDED USE: To provide support & compression for lower back & abdominal region. Ideal for pulled muscles, sprains or strains.

INTENDED USE: To provide support & compression for lower back & abdominal region. Ideal for pulled muscles, sprains or strains.

APPLY: Position back support making sure that pulley wheels are centered on each side of the spinal column. The back support should be centered over the navel. Secure panels using hook & loop closure. Grasp the pulley strap & pull forward to achieve desired compression. Attach the strap to the front of the panel.

ADJUST: Readjust pulley handle closure for proper fit & comfort. If needed, adjust support pad positioning before adjusting pulley system. The product should not be so tight that it is uncomfortable.

The back support should provide compression but should not be so tight that it restricts circulation. Consult a physician or therapist if experiencing pain or swelling
