PREPARE: Open hook & loop closure. Release pulley handle. Pull panels away from one another, fully extending cords.

APPLY: Position back support making sure the pulley wheels are centered on each side of the spine. The support should be centered over the navel. Secure the panels using the hook & loop tab. Without twisting body, pull forward on the pulley handle to achieve desired compression, then attach handle strap to front of support.

ADJUST: Re-adjust the pulley handle closure for proper fit & comfort. If needed, adjust pulley wheel positioning to be centered on each side of the spine before adjusting the pulley handle. The product should not be so tight that it is uncomfortable.

The back support should provide compression but should not be so tight that it restricts circulation. Consult a physician or therapist if experiencing pain
