I found these very easy to digest. Sometimes supplements upset my stomach, and these Gummy Bites didn't. They tasted good and were a smooth consistency. I take it in the evening and I think of it as a bit of a sweet treat for me.

Not a huge fan of these. For one, they're fairly expensive for the amount you get. The instructions say to take "2 gummies up to 2 times a day" which I find a little confusing - is that 2 gummies per day or 2 x's 2 = 4? No matter, I wasn't really a fan of the flavors anyway - the orange left a definite bitter aftertaste, but the lightest pink (I think strawberry) was pretty good. I'm not a huge fan of the ingredients though - while I liked that they seemed to be naturally colored (veg juices) they also seemed to contain a lot of unnatural ingredients. AND the #1 ingredient is corn syrup. I liked the texture...they were soft and easy to chew. But as another reviewer stated, I've tried VitaFusion and really DO like those. As opposed to those, I wouldn't buy these or recommend them, sorry.

Although I received this product for a review I am under no obligation to give it a good one. That being said they are great and much better then taking pills and gives you what you need all flavors are good tasting, cherry one was just okay but still better then taking pill form. Most people in Maine are vitamin D deficient so this is a must.

I received a sample of these free from smiley360 to try. Having taken vitamin supplements and not liked them, I found that these are an easy, delicious way to get my calcium in. They fruit flavors are very tasty and the texture is smooth and easy to chew, unlike some other gummy vitamin supplements. I am a huge fan!!
