Turned me into a believer
I have rarely had success with "spot treatment" products, but I decided to give it a shot anyway. I am so glad I did. This stick does have a strong smell that's not pleasant. It has a Vicks-esque aroma. I would recommend using it at night before bed. Since its a liquid and has to dry completely into the skin, I believe applying make-up/products on top would reduce its effectiveness. I use it at night, and the next morning there is significant improvement in the look blemishes.

Quite Nice
I don't understand about the comments saying it is hard to apply or it's a pain. I find it to be easy and not too much comes out. I feel the tingle as I put it on and I'm hoping this product will do as it says =) p.s the scent isn't bad

Does as promised
I really like this product and am a believer of the blemish stick. It's hard to comment on the smell because it is not necessarily a "pleasant" smell but I do like it. It's kind of like a Vicks Vaporub-type smell--take a big whiff and it will clear out your sinuses. The thing I don't like about this version is the smaller applying rollerball. My last one had the larger ball that picked up more liquid and rolled on easier. Whether it is because my new one is relatively new, I do not know...

MAGIC
This product works magic on my acne prone skin. I used it on the day when couple of breakouts appeared on the skin and the next day in the morning i saw the subtle dormant nature of the acne, no redness no getting messy. But make sure u try it persistently to get rid of the zits and acne scars.

Delightfully Surprised
I have used Neutrogena products since I was oh, 13-14 and never been pleased with anything else (not even department store brands). I first bought this product when I was pregnant because it was natural, etc. Admittedly I thought "this probably isn't going to work, but we'll give it a shot". I am happy to say I was dead wrong. This is a wonderful product, gentle and effective. I still use it and have no plans to stop. I jokingly call it my "elixir", but there might be something to that after all. Now if only I could get up the gumption to try a BB facial cleanser....crickets chirping...

Great Heeler
My scalp breaks out, especially in very hot weather. This is the only thing that I've found that works. It's not sticky in my hair. They only problem is that initially, when it's first used, it takes a while for the roller to apply any liquid. Once it's used it works much better during repeat uses.

Eh, the smell is an issue
It does smell somewhat lemony and licorice root-y... but then you come to realize that it really just does smell like bug spray or something. I haven't had a break-out since I bought this, but I used it on a blackhead I had gotten rid of to help clear, sanitize, and heal the area... and it seemed to do the job. I just can't get past the smell, eek! I love the smell of lemons and licorice root, but that smell is WAY overpowered by the other weird smells. I also did what some reviewers here recommended, and removed the roll-on ball, so I could just dip a cutip in. I think that's a better idea than using the roll-on. I mean... it works, but because of the smell, I won't be buying again.

A get-worse-to-get-better product
I bought product about two weeks ago. I aply it every morning and every night, daily. The first week or so I had been using the Blemish Stick, my acne spots got very red and the liquid stung my skin. But now, I am very pleased with the results and my skin is looking much better. Thanks Burt's Bees!
