I have been using this shampoo and the conditioner for at least 15 years and have loved it up until my last two purchases. The shampoo wasn't the same consistency and it seemed as though it has been watered down. I thought maybe I got a bad bottle but when I purchased another it was the same as well as the conditioner. Both have been watered down, I have to use twice as much and I don't get the same soft shiny feel to my hair as I used to. I am now on the search for a new shampoo and conditioner. :-(

Has the formula changed in the last year or so? I used to LOVE it because of how WELL IT WORKED. It's now terrible. I had actually suspected I got a watered down bottle, or some counterfeit, but now I suppose I just got a "new" bottle. Yuck. I emailed Matrix about my dissatisfaction and didn't get a reply, not even an automated one. That was after having to give my address, phone number and email JUST to submit a comment. Lame.

H: I get my hair cut at the Great Clips in White Rock. They never seem to have the ultra-hydrating shampoo in. Is it still available . Thanks Heather
