I'm so glad I came on line to read the reviews!! I thought it was just age :). I'm with the rest of you, all of a sudden my hair is fuzzy and falling out - what a shame. I have literally used this product for 18+ YEARS - NOW WHAT! I have allergies and can not use just any product. STOP CHANGING WHAT IS NOT BROKE PEOPLE!!

I love the shampoo and conditioner, I have very long hair and it was very thin until I started using the product. My step mom recommended it but... I would like to know how much it is so I can get more. :) It's awsume seening how I have long hair and a lot of shampoos dry it out and conditioners weigh it down. But this stuff is great and it's so easy to brush now. Love it. :)

I have used Biolage Hydrating shampoo for 15 years and just recently purchased a new bottle at my salon. My hair was like fuzz!! The formula has been changed to add aloe and other softening ingredients. Terrible !!! My hair is weighted down and flyaway. Will never purchase again... wish they would go back to original and stop changing formulas !!!!

I do NOT like this shampoo at all. Bring back the old formula! This one leaves my hair sticky and impossible to comb. I will not buy it again and will give this new bottle back to my stylist, if she will take it. VERY DISAPPOINTED in this new formula... did you even test it in comparison with the previous one?!?!?!

I love this shampoo and the conditioner that goes with it. I have very dry hair and it does an excellent job of cleaning it without leaving a dulling residue of moisturizers or stripping it of the natural oils.

Es excelente!! el cabello queda extremadamente brillante y limpio!! no lo deja graso a pesar de que lo hidrata muy bien, muy rico aroma me encanto!

I found my hair felt thinner and greasy soon after washing. Used a clarifying shampoo and switched to my old shampoo and noticed a change for the better after just one wash. Horrible shampoo... I used to use the color care and it was much better than this stuff. Also, I read the ingredients and it contains salicylid acid, seems strange to be in a shampoo

Anyone having issues with hair falling out with the new formula? I didn't even notice the added aloe and have been trying to figure out why my hair is falling out. Anyone else?
