Work this fiber-forming cream through clean, wet or dry hair. The more you use, the more texture you get On wet hair blow dry or let dry naturally. A great cocktail is to rub Manipulator into hands then spray Maxxed Out on top (whilst still in the hands) before working through dry hair.
