Philips AVENT SCF190/01 Soothie Pacifier helps calm and soothe newborns.  Designed for babies from birth to 3 months old, the Soothie Pacifier is made of hospital-grade, BPA-free and latex-free silicone for strength, comfort and durability.  Its one piece construction is specially sized and shaped for a newborn's mouth and adheres to the American Academy of Pediatrics guidelines. 

Distributed in hospitals nationwide, this pacifier is uniquely shaped to comfortably fit newborn mouths to calm and soothe without inhibiting normal oral development. Transparent, tasteless and odorless, the nipple is strong and smooth and resists becoming sticky. Even after extended use, it won't become discolored or misshapen. The Soothie Pacifier can be sterilized using a Philips AVENT sterilizer and is dishwasher safe.

Nipple specially designed to ensure natural development of teeth and gums. Pacifiers are suitable for sterilizing by means of a Philips Avent Steam Sterilizer or boiling in water for at least 5 minutes. After sterilization please allow nipple to cool for at least 5 minutes and remove any trapped water before use.
Important: Avent pacifiers are available in sizes ranging from 0 to 18 months. For your child''s safety, always follow age guidelines accordingly. For your child''s safety: Do not tie pacifier around child''s neck as it presents a strangulation danger. In the event the pacifier becomes lodged in the mouth, do not panic; it cannot be swallowed and is designed to cope with such an event. Remove from the mouth with care, as gently as possible. For safety and hygiene replace the pacifier after 4 weeks of use.
