Reviewed 8 years ago[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a person who has suffered from eczema since birth I have tried a lot of products in the past to stop dry skin and itching during the winter in the mid-west. I either had to re-apply lotion several times a day with no complete relief or drown myself in oils just to prevent dryness and itching. I was offered the chance to try this product to see if it would help relieve my itching and dry skin. Knowing that winter was on it's way and how it's the worst season for my skin I decided to give it a try. I applied the product first on dry itching skin. Mainly my elbows and my sides. After first use I did notice the the itching went away right away and I went several hours without feeling the urge to itch those spots. Places I did not put the balm continued to itch. I knew then that this product was worth giving it a shot on the rest of my dry skin issues and started putting it on everywhere needed. I did go several hours without itching and my skin seemed to start healing. I gave it 4 stars because the scent was not very pleasant but it did work very well compared to all of the other products I've tried in the past. I do think this will be my go to for the dry winter season and I do highly recommend this product. I received this product as a promotion for my honest opinion and all opinions are my own.

Reviewed 8 years ago[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I 've applied the AVEENO® Eczema Therapy Itch Relief Balm on certain spots that can be dry and itchy. And it does give relief.
I developed an itchy patch on my cheek, I tried not to itch and would gently rub the spot but it just got more and more irritated.
I applied the balm and it helped with the itching. I found it also helped the dry spot.
And it's pretty much better.
I've also used(asked my husband to rub it on dry spots on my back) and it provides needed relief.
