I USE THIS ON MY ARTHRITIC THUMBS. I USUALLY NEED TO USE IT TWICE FOR HELP BUT IT IS THE BEST I HAVE FOUND.

I have arthritis in my joints., especially knees, now. Being a dancer I need all the help I can get after a hard day in the studio. I hate icing, but, the Australian Dream is as its name implies...it works like a dream!
