Amberen Perimenopause contains a properietary blend of bioactive antioxidants, amino acids, minerals and vitamin e, enhanced with a powerful Smart B-Complex. Other ingredients: Gelatin, Rice flour, Magnesium Sterate, Silicon Dioxide, Titanium Dioxide, FD &C Blue#1, FD&C Yellow#5, Water.
Directions: Take 1 white and 1 teal capsule daily after breakfast. Clinically recommended to be used for at least 90 days.
