As a pre shampoo conditioner: Squeeze a moderate amount into palm of hand (about 1/4"), massage into hair. Wet hair then shampoo. As an after shampoo conditioner: Bring out hidden highlights in your hair by applying a small amount of VO5 (about 1/16") after towel-drying hair
Avoid contact with eyes. Can cause eye irritation. In case of contact with eyes flush thoroughly with water.
